Structure Federation Bosnia-Herzegovina

In Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“FBiH”) two organizational structures of Limited Liability Companies exist pursuant to the FBiH Company Law:

  1. An Executive Board (in local language: “uprava”) only.
  2. An Executive Board and a Supervisory Board (in local language: “nadzorni odbor”).
