In Republic of Srpska (“RS”) 2 organizational structures of Limited Liability Companies exist pursuant to the RS Company Law:

  1. An Executive Board (in local language: “Upravni odbor”) only.
  2. A Managing Director (in local language: “Direktor”) only.
