Limited Liability Companies

Pursuant to the Czech Act on Business Corporations a Czech Limited Liability Company must have the following structure:

  1. One or more Directors (in Czech: “jednatel”) only.

Joint Stock Companies

Pursuant to the Czech Act on Business Corporations a Czech Joint Stock Company may have one of the following 2 organizational structures:

  1. A Board of Directors (in Czech: “představenstvo”) and a Supervisory Board (in Czech: “dozorčí rada”).
  2. A Statutory Director (in Czech: “statutární ředitel”) and an Executive Board (in Czech: “správní rada”).
