Limited Liability Companies

Pursuant to the Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs (in Georgian: საქართველოს კანონი მეწარმეთა შესახებ), a Limited Liability Company (in Georgian: ”შეზღუდული პასუხისმგებლობის საზოგადოება) may have one of the following organizational structures:

  1. One or more Managing Directors (in Georgian: “დირექტორი”)/Board of Directors (in Georgian: დირექტორთა საბჭო) and a Supervisory Board (in Georgian: სამეთვალყურეო საბჭო).
  2. One or more Managing Directors/ Board of Directors only.

Joint Stock Company

Pursuant to the Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs, a Joint Stock Company (in Georgian: „სააქციო საზოგადოება“) may have one of the following organizational structures:

  1. One or more Managing Directors/Board of Directors and a Supervisory Board.
  2. One or more Managing Director/Board of Directors only.
