Kazakhstan Structure

Limited Liability Companies

Pursuant to Kazakhstan Law “On Companies with limited and additional liability” a Limited Liability Company may have one of the following organizational structures:

  1. A Supervisory Board (in Russian: “Наблюдательный совет“) and an Executive Board (in Russian: “Исполнительный орган”).
  2. An Executive Board only.

Joint Stock Companies

Pursuant to Kazakhstan Law “On Joint Stock Companies” a Joint Stock Company must have the following organizational structure:

  1. A Board of Directors (in Russian: “Совет директоров”) and an Executive Board.
