Serbian Structure

In Serbia 2 organizational structures of Limited Liability Companies exist pursuant to the Serbian Company Law:

  1. A Managing Director (in Serbian: “direktor”) only.
  2. A Managing Director and a Supervisory Board (in Serbian: “nadzorni odbor”).
